    Air frying needs very little oil. This spray gives you exactly that: a light, even coat, right where you need it. You decide how much. The oil is a blend of high oleic and high linoleic sunflower oils, more stable at high temperatures and to oxidation. Whether it’s potatoes, vegetables or chicken, it suits lots of different recipes.
